At last year's Grammy Awards, all anyone could talk about was Pharrell's huge hat. This year, the winner for most outrageous look is kind of a toss-up: we've got Sia in her cape and wig, Rihanna in a poufy Giambattista Valli number, Ciara channeling a loofah, and Madonna rocking a glam matador getup.
