It's Not Summer Without a Little Eyelet in Your Closet

Some things will forever feel like Summer — backyard BBQs, lemonade, and fireworks. In my closet, it's eyelet. The prettiest, breeziest fabric that feels fresh and distinctly girlie. I had a black eyelet sundress I wore for the better part of my college years — pulling it out again and again when the weather warmed. Something about the fabric seems to go perfectly with a tan.
So, while I'm not usually the type to subscribe to hard and fast rules with fashion, you really can't get away with eyelet during the Fall or Winter.
