Is Kim Kardashian Trying to Stay on Theme After the Met Gala?

Maybe the Met Gala has taught Kim Kardashian a thing or two, because it seems like she's learned how to follow a theme. When Kim stepped out in New York to sign copies of her new book, Selfish, she wore a skintight mesh embroidered turtleneck and a cream asymmetrical midi skirt that conjured images of her sheer white Roberto Cavalli gown from the night before.
