After landing in London earlier Friday afternoon, the president and first lady joined the royal family to kick off the queen's birthday celebration at Kensington Palace. The outing, which brought out Prince William, Prince Harry, and Kate Middleton, was almost too much to handle, thanks to stunning looks from Michelle Obama and the duchess.
Kate Middleton stuck to her signature, showing off an ankle-length printed L.K. Bennett dress ($525) in a breezy fabric, which she completed with appropriately royal blue pumps. As for the FLOTUS, she played it chic in monochromatic earth-toned separates and a coordinating overcoat.
