Plenty of red carpet magic happens with figure-hugging, hard-to-move-in dresses make their appearance — and while gorgeous, they don't always give off the comfortable vibe. Penélope Cruz's blush-pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture dress was a happy exception to the rule, with a ruched bodice and thick single strap. A black belt highlighted an empire waist that met a flowing skirt primed for dancing, and a shawl-cum-cape she wore tossed over one arm was the perfect piece to play with.
