Rachel McAdams Brings Back Colorblocking in a Big Way at the Spirit Awards

Rachel McAdams kept things light and pretty when she stepped onto the blue carpet at this season's Film Independent Spirit Awards. While the star usually tends toward leggy dresses, in perhaps a formfitting silhouette, her pre-Oscars outfit took the form of a Solace London gown. The casual twist? A colorblocking scheme that offset a bright orange bodice with a baby pink belt. Rachel turned up the fancy factor in a pair of sky-high satin heels that peeked out from her asymmetrical hemline and accessorized with gold rings and a simple box clutch. Who knew a floor-sweeping number could look this fresh?
