I have officially been married for two weeks, and can I say, being a bride is FUN. But for anyone who's currently in the planning stages, especially those last-minute tasks, things can get anxiety-producing and hairy if you don't surround yourself with people who make you feel calm and taken care of. People, and things, of course.

For me, my wedding planner Jung Lee and her team at Fete New York were my rock. For the day of? I relied on some tried-and-true products that reminded me to take deep (well-scented) breaths and kept me feeling cozy and chill for as long as possible.

Here are the exact products that made my life easier on my wedding day.

An Extremely Cozy Robe

An Extremely Cozy Robe

Weddings are super exciting, but they're also super stressful. Having something warm and cozy on hand to curl up in when things feel just a tad out of control was a huge comfort to me. I found this in the form of a CozyChic robe ($99), which I took on and off probably 20 times that day.

I could be a consumer researcher for wedding undergarments at this point. After trying on countless options, this lace bodysuit ($74) was by far the best option for me and my dress, providing just the right amount of support without feeling like I was wearing a girdle.

Water Bottle

Water Bottle

This one is fairly simple, ladies and gents. Hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate some more. And if you find an opportunity to hydrate via a gemstone-filled water bottle ($78), hydrate some more.

To save on prep time the day of, I got my wedding day mani the day before. That morning, though, I wanted a bit of a spruce-up. This Ve Blanc Signature Base Coat ($20) gave my sheer pink nails that extra glossiness I was looking for without having to go back to the salon.

Flats

Do not, I repeat, do NOT get into your wedding shoes too early. Stay in plush slippers ($72) for as long as humanly possible. Pro tip: bring them along for photos so you can sporadically give your feet a break.

So maybe you maid of honor can't do everything under the sun. For me, music was key to my getting-ready process. And I'm definitely one of those changes-the-song-every-five-seconds kinda gal. Having a SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker II ($129) single-handedly saved my relationship with my sister.

Waterproof Mascara

Waterproof Mascara

For my wedding look, I decided not to go for eyelash extensions but to have my makeup artist apply individual falsies to give a more natural appearance. With that said, I still wanted length, definition, and opaqueness. And while I'm not a crier, I am a sweater, so finding the perfect lengthening and defining waterproof mascara ($28) was a must.

Button-Down Shirt

Button-Down Shirt

You don't want to get yourself into a situation where your hair and makeup are brilliantly done and you realize you need to pull a tight t-shirt over your head. Make sure you have an oversize button-down tunic shirt ($148) that is comfortable, is easy to take off, and will look good in your getting-ready photos.

Finishing Spray

Finishing Spray

My wedding had multiple outfit changes, two venues, and a lot of dancing. Getting my makeup to stay required a bit of extra love, care of this tried-and-true Fix + Finishing Spray ($27) to lock it all in.

Fragrance

Fragrance

Some brides choose a wedding-day fragrance, but for me, wearing my everyday fragrance served as a comforting reminder that I was still "me." Having a Mojave Ghost Eau de Parfum Rollerball ($78) made it easy to reapply throughout the evening.
