Chlöe Pulled Off the Polarizing Low-Rise Skirt Trend at Miu Miu
Chlöe commanded the room at Palais d'Iena on Oct. 4 when she arrived at the Miu Miu show during Paris Fashion Week. Pulling off one of this year's most polarizing trends, the low-rise skirt, she exuded youthful elegance in head-to-toe Miu Miu. She sported an ivory satin bra top underneath a single-breasted blazer imprinted with a classic red, black, and white check motif. A matching low-rise skirt exposed her stomach, and, in tandem with her black-and-white patent-leather pumps, it infused the ensemble with carefree appeal. Chlöe also toted one of the brand's most coveted accessories, the Miu Miu Matelassé Nappa Leather Top-Handle Bag in black, alongside a pearl choker necklace and matching studs.
The 24-year-old star joined other A-listers at the event, including Keke Palmer, whom she was photographed with at the venue. Palmer looked stately in a navy coat-style dress featuring leather piping and embellished with gold hardware along the front. A pair of dark frames and a navy scarf adorning her neck were on-theme accessories as they helped convey an air of regal mystery. Palmer finished with black sheer tights, matching platform sandals, and a black shoulder bag in the same matelassé leather. Also in attendance was Zaya Wade, who — similarly to Chlöe — nailed the low-rise skirt trend in a plaid mini, a cropped denim jacket, and loafers.
Chlöe's Paris Fashion Week appearance follows a thumb-stopping Instagram style moment, where she wowed in a sheer cutout catsuit that left very little to the imagination on Oct. 3. Only Chlöe could pull off two bold fashion trends so effortlessly.
