Bodysuits are one of my favorite clothing items at the moment. I especially love a stylish square neck; not only is that shape classic and timeless, but it also gives off an elevated feel. Team one with a pair of jeans and jewelry, and you have an ensemble that looks put-together and polished — and is basically guaranteed to turn heads.

I admit that I wasn't expecting to come across the Fitted Sleeveless Square-Neck Bodysuit ($25) at Old Navy, but when I did, I couldn't help but wonder if it was too good to be true. I feared it would be see-through and thus make wearing it in public impossible.

The thing is, I couldn't help but notice that the silhouette's earned the prestigious title of Old Navy bestseller and had a nearly perfect five-star review and tons of shoppers who attested that it wasn't sheer but rather "thick and soft." Almost every commenter spoke to its durable, high-quality design, so naturally, I added it to my virtual shopping cart.

Despite how prone I am to stains and spills, I purchased the white bodysuit called White Lillies. When it arrived, I was relieved to find that the reviews were correct: this bodysuit is fitted and thick so you can't see the outline of your bra underneath. It's made of a soft cotton jersey fabric with lots of stretch.

I'm wearing it as I write this, teamed with my fave pair of Old Navy denim: the Extra High-Waisted Sky-Hi Ripped Wide-Leg Jeans ($50). I fully expect this to be my spring-summer uniform, but I also can see this bodysuit layered underneath a blazer or jacket when it's chilly.

I can't speak highly enough of this bodysuit. It's safe to say it's one of the most affordably priced styles I've come across that's actually worth the hype in terms of thickness, comfort, and durability. Oh, and it comes in six colors, which is great and all, but I have a feeling you're going to wish there were even more. It's that good.
