For the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Kardashian wore a cream Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2003 dress that featured a corset and ruffles. The marine-inspired gown was the same dress that Angie Barrett wore to the Beaux Arts Ball and Cannes Film Festival in the early aughts.
