The Most Fashionable Mother-Daughter Duos in Hollywood

Despite their sometimes-questionable clothing choices, we must admit: our mothers basically built the foundation for our love of fashion. From where to shop for classic pieces to how to dress for an interview, they were always ready with an A-plus solution, and they weren't the only lady to pass down her style sense to her offspring. In fact, plenty of our favorite stars can boast that they, too, got it from their mama.

Whether it's Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson rocking curve-hugging dresses or Kim Kardashian and North West showing their love for the color black, we love spotting well-dressed celebrity mom-and-daughter duos out and about. Keep reading to see all the cases where celebrities prove that sometimes, good taste is totally genetic.

Cindy and her daughter pretty much share a face, as well as the ability to look lovely in just about anything and smize for the camera.

Beyoncé and Blue Ivy Carter

Whether she's in costume or at a wedding, Beyoncé always looks fierce, and she's definitely passed down her ability to wear almost anything to her daughter, Blue Ivy. We've recently realized even half of that little girl's outfits are better than our whole wardrobe.

The mother-daughter duo are constantly sitting front row at the Chanel show together, as both are muses of the brand. They have similar taste when it comes to red carpet looks, and appear chic as can be every time they step out.

It sounds like North is pretty particular about what she wears, but we're guessing she's inspired by her mother, Kim. This also may be the only kid we know who has a wardrobe full of custom-made designer clothing.

It's no wonder that Gigi and Bella are dominating the fashion industry — they've learned from the best. Their mom, Yolanda, was also a model back in the day.

When your mom is a former Spice Girl and a designer, you really have no choice but to be a superchic child. Harper has been sitting front row at Fashion Week for years and always looks stylish, whether she's in a kaftan or a fit-and-flare dress.

It seems Zoë didn't just copy her mom's famous braids, but also her out-there fashion choices. The two both always have an inimitable rocker sort of vibe we know and love.

Willow Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith

Back at the beginning of Willow's career, Jada let her develop her own sense of style rather than force her to dress a certain way — and it definitely paid off. While Jada keeps things classic in formfitting dresses, Willow has eclectic taste like her brother, Jaden, rocking everything from funky graphic t-shirts to platform sandals.

Anna Wintour and Bee Shaffer

When your mom is one of the most recognized names in fashion, it can seem like a lot to live up to, but Bee Shaffer always holds her own on the red carpet or in the front row. While Anna loves chic pops of color, Bee loves florals, and their outfits always complement one another.

These two often look like sisters rather than mother and daughter. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that they both can pull off gorgeous bohemian dresses.

If Michelle was our mom, we'd definitely be raiding her closet every day, but the girls have seemed to develop a sophisticated-yet-fashion-forward style sense all their own.

When Princess Charlotte was born, she made quite a debut in her knit hat and blanket. Now, a little older, she's already learning from the best, as mom Kate has some impeccable style herself.

Meryl Streep has three daughters on the rise in Hollywood, but Louisa is signed by IMG Models and has also appeared in magazine spreads for Vanity Fair. She often accompanies her famous mom on the red carpet, wearing everything from glamorous gowns to leather pants.

Georgia May Jagger may be a top model of today, but her mom was an It girl of the past — and looked just as great in her monochrome ensemble as Georgia looked in that white dress.

Which one is the mom and which one is the daughter? It's kind of hard to tell! Demi had some fun in a romper at the premiere of Palo Alto, while Rumer stuck with the ultimate cool-girl combo: black jeans and a leather jacket.

Dakota and Melanie walked the red carpet together at the 2015 Academy Awards, each in a long, elegant dress. Coincidence? Not likely.

We don't know who pulls off a classic wrap dress better: Robin or her daughter, model Dylan.

All this time we've wondered how Amal Clooney could possibly keep the fashion hits coming, but now it's clear she inherited that good taste from her mother, Baria.
