Heels on the red carpet? "No thanks" was probably what crossed Kaley Cuoco's mind when she chose her footwear for the Longines Masters Gala. The actress attended the event in Long Beach, CA, with her boyfriend, Karl Cook, wearing a groovy print Mary Katrantzou dress with striking leopard sleeves. Peeking out from under her hem was a pair of special white-laced silver sneakers.

Though the dress initially caught our eye first, it was this unique shoe choice that had us stunned. Kaley seems to have an affinity for comfort on the red carpet, as this is not the first time she's paired sneakers with a dress.
