We're sure there are plenty of stars who fall in love with a red carpet dress, then get to keep it. But fashion aficionado Kirsten Dunst knew her lacy white Christian Lacroix number was special. The actress first wore the mini to the Vanity Fair Oscars party in 2004, but she held onto it and recycled it 13 years later at Paris Couture Week.

Funnily enough, Kirsten chose to accessorize with similar jewels (a couple of diamond chains and matching earrings). This time around, Kirsten was celebrating Chopard, so her outfit took a more sophisticated turn when she threw on a blazer and flower-adorned pumps.

Read on to see the transformation and check out a snap Kirsten's stylist shared, which applauds her vintage move. Then, if you're getting the message Kirsten's sending — hello, a dress like this never goes out of style! — shop similar versions to keep forever . . . or at least for the next 13 years.
