Louis Vuitton Teams Up With Jeff Koons For the Most Historic Collaboration Yet

While Louis Vuitton already mastered modern streetwear with its Supreme collaboration, the brand's latest collaboration does the opposite, placing centuries-old artistic masterpieces on classic LV items. Louis Vuitton has teamed up with famed artist Jeff Koons for a Masters collection. Each piece from the collection features famous artwork, such as Vincent Van Gohh's "Wheat Fields and Cypresses," Peter Paul Rubens's "Tiger Hunt," Leonardo Da Vinci's "Mona Lisa," and more.

Inside each of the spectacular bags, there is a biography and a portrait of the Master who originally created the piece, along with a tag of Koons's notorious inflatable rabbit and a monogram of his initials transformed into the shape of the LV logo — and it's important to note that this is the first time the brand has allowed its famed logo to be reshaped.

Plus, you don't have to go to the Louvre to enjoy this historic collaboration. The Masters bags and accessories will be available in select stores starting April 28, and is the first stage of the Louis Vuitton and Koons collaboration.
