Katy Perry Went to the Met Gala Looking Like Melisandre From Game of Thrones

Since Katy Perry was announced as a cochair of the 2017 Met Gala, we had the highest expectations for her outfit on fashion's biggest night. She instantly had heads turning, fully embracing the Rei Kawakubo theme, wearing a custom Maison Margiela Artisanal ensemble designed by John Galliano.

Katy wore a red embroidered wool coat around her tulle and silk chiffon dress, which was covered in shining embellishments, and her Melisandre-like look turned the red carpet into a scene from Game of Thrones.
