This Bride's Wedding Gown Had a Completely Sheer Skirt — Oh, and 50,000 Swarovski Crystals

When R&B singer Brian McKnight married his love, Leilani Mendoza, at Oheka Castle on Long Island, NY, quite the New Year's Eve celebration ensued. Let's just say Leilani beat out every gal you know for the "best holiday dress" award — her bridal gown, a custom creation from Sabrina & Mannings Couture, took over a month to create and was stitched with 50,000 Swarovski crystals.

Aside from the sparkling beads and stones, which gathered at the bodice and the top of the skirt, Leilani's design was completely sheer. Appliqué completed the train, which swept the floor and met Leilani's long veil. While the reception was obviously something to buzz about, we were most amazed by Leilani's masterpiece bridal look, with it being equal parts sexy, extravagant, and unmistakably pretty.
