After switching out of her iconic Givenchy wedding gown, Meghan wore a custom Stella McCartney dress for her reception, Aquazurra heels, and Cartier white gold diamond drop earrings. She also showed off her "something blue" and "something borrowed" — a gorgeous aquamarine gemstone ring, which belonged to Princess Diana.
