At the May 7 Met Gala, Ariana accompanied Vera Wang in a watercolor strapless gown the designer created. Appropriate for the event's "Heavenly Bodies" theme, the piece was painted with Michelangelo's "The Last Judgment" scene, which covers the altar wall of the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City. Ariana's momentous look was finished with a large tulle bow and Butani jewels.
