Kylie was in pure "momager" mode at Stormi's party, dressed in a light blue blazer and matching trousers, but she let her sultry side shine through in the evening with Travis. She chose a scarlet strapless Ralph & Russo gown for the occasion, with a high-slit to show off her legs. Her satin dress stole the show, so Kylie simply paired it with nude heels and a sparkling ring on that finger.
