Fashion Month can be overwhelming. The celebrities, the street style, the behind-the-scenes beauty tips . . . and we haven't even mentioned the fashion yet. I'll be breaking down the trends all through Fashion Month, from New York to London, Milan to Paris, to ensure you know everything about what is trending with the fashion set. And since it's 2019 and there's this thing called the internet, I'm breaking down the trends and telling you how you can shop them right now. Yes, the season is Fall 2019, but why wait?

From the print du jour to the must-have color, these are the biggest trends to come out of this season and how you can shop them right now.

Belted Blazers

Belted Blazers

Designers at LaQuan Smith, Brock Collection, and Tibi showed '80s-inspired workwear with bold shoulders and, most excitedly, coordinating belts. We love a look that comes with an accessory and suggest you get your hands on a belted blazer ASAP. This plaid belted blazer dress ($139) is perfectly oversize and can be worn open or closed.

Neons and Brights

Neons and Brights

From the neon pink coat at Prabal Gurung to the acid green '80s ballgown at Rodarte, runways were as bright as they've ever been this season (see Anna Sui, Sies Marjan, and Area for more inspiration). End your Winter with a pop of unexpectedly bright color. The new mock-neck sweater ($59) from Something Navy in green kiwi is a great option. You can wear it for the rest of Winter with jeans and switch it up when Spring hits by pairing it with a floral skirt.

Plumage

Plumage

Few things are as whimsical as a feather minidress. See images from the recent Marc Jacobs runway show if you need proof. Feathers were seen all over the runways in over-the-top, dramatic, award-season-worthy gowns at Oscar de la Renta and Michael Kors. Bring this trend into your everyday life by finding a statement accessory that pays homage to the plumage, like these feather drop earrings ($42), which would look great dressed up or with jeans and a white tee.

Animal Print

Animal Print

Say it with me and say it a million times again: animal prints are neutrals. The best neutrals, in fact! At Kate Spade, designer Nicola Glass showed unexpected colored animal prints in reds and lavenders, while Ulla Johnson took a more bohemian approach by sticking to the silhouettes we love from her but adding a snazzy print. This python midi skirt ($75) fits into the trend nicely. It stays true to the traditional python print but has a modern update thanks to its blue/green color.

Purple

Purple

Purple is the color of royals. It's also the color of New York Fashion Week Fall 2019, as seen at Christian Siriano, Tom Ford, and Cushnie. All shades are welcome, but our favorite hues are bright and bold, like the violet seen on these stripe track pants ($225).
