Timothée Chalamet's Sequin Hoodie Is the Only Outfit That Matters Right Now

Timothée Chalamet has made the hoodie red carpet appropriate. The actor — who, it's important to note, famously wore a sequin harness to the 2019 Golden Globes — recently wore a glimmering Louis Vuitton hoodie to the UK premiere of The King at the BFI London Film Festival. (I repeat: Glimmering! Louis! Vuitton! Hoodie!) He completed the outfit with black trousers and patent lace-up boots, also by the Virgil Abloh-led menswear brand.

The outfit is only the latest in a series of adventurous styling choices for Timothée. He wore a satin, belted Haider Ackermann suit to the Venice Film Festival last month, and then a neon mockneck shirt under his suit at The King's recent New York City premiere. His latest look, however, seems to be the most comfortable by far. Perhaps he's pacing himself for the press tours and award shows that lie ahead.
