I Want to Be Wearing That: Kanye West's Bandana-Print Puffer

Kanye West wore the ultimate dad outfit outside of his office in Calabasas, CA, and I am really ready to re-create it this coming weekend. Ye was taking a meeting to prepare for his Sunday church service and, though he normally goes the casual route — actually, what are we saying, he only goes the casual route; the dude wears jeans to the Met Gala, for crying out loud — his Visvim coat kind of upped the ante. When I tell you that it retails for $4,005, you'll probably respond with something like, "Psh, I'd say 'up the ante' is putting it a little too lightly."

But the bandana-print puffer is a really great streetwear piece. It pays homage to the '90s in the best way, and you could even complete it with rugged denim and combat boots if you don't care to wear your $55 Yeezy slides and socks like the famous fashion designer did.

I really, truly could see my dad in gray cargos and a cool coat like this, sandals and all, but then again I could also see myself rocking this outfit. It all starts with the statement outerwear, and I'm here to provide you with some alternative options if you find yourself on team Kanye — from a style perspective, that is.

Shop clockwise from top left: Visvim WMV Kerchief Down Jacket ($4,005), Charles Jeffrey Loverboy Cropped Wool Cargo Trousers ($300, originally $501), Yeezy Slides ($55), H&M 2-Pack Wool-Blend Knee Socks ($15)
