Dua Lipa was one of the many famous faces British Vogue reached out to for snapshots from home for the magazine's August issue. In a similar fashion, American Vogue featured postcards from the fashion industry for June/July, giving us a glimpse at what celebrities are doing at home. For Lipa herself, it's wearing very comfy, fashion-forward loungewear looks alongside her SO Anwar Hadid, who also helped her dye her hair pink during lockdown.

Dua has certainly been giving us sweatsuit envy on Instagram, and her submission to Vogue brings a new pair of checkered crochet shorts into light, which Dua paired with Raf Simons's Smiley Face Jumper that rings in at a cool $753. The crochet style is a trend we can get behind, especially in shorts version, when we're looking for lightweight, mood-boosting clothing for couch lounging and social-distance walks.

"I'm with my boyfriend Anwar [Hadid]. We've been playing Xbox, reading and trying to learn new recipes. Yesterday we made lamb maeloubah — Anwar's dad sent us the recipe. It was fun to cook together, which is lucky because it was a three-hour activity; it's the most ambitious thing I have ever set out to make. It's quite rewarding when it turns out like the picture. Today I'm making a leek stew my mum would cook, which really takes me back to my childhood. Anwar has been dyeing my hair all kinds of colors — pink, orange, red — it has been a different color every week," Dua told British Vogue of the couple's time together.
