Hudgens hit the red carpet in a custom cobalt-blue, silk-chiffon, off-the-shoulder dress equipped with a long, asymmetrical train and a high-low neckline. The design featured draped sleeves and a cowl neckline. Hudgens accessorized with silver Jenny Bird hoops and metallic rings to play up her Jimmy Choo platforms.

Hudgens made her debut on stage in a gold-and-silver sequin minidress, keeping on the same Jimmy Choo platforms she wore for the red carpet and accessorizing with a gold bangle on her left wrist and drop earrings.

Hudgens made a statement in a spring/summer 2022 Versace look consisting of a silk bralette top with a Barocco Goddess print and signature Medusa hardware straps, plus a safety-pin miniskirt, which came complete with an ultrahigh side-leg split. Hudgens's gold sphere drop earrings, metallic-plated jewels, and complementing scarf affixed to her miniskirt were the final touches.

Hudgens had a Western-inspired fashion moment, selecting a lightweight floral minidress that she layered over a white lace bra and cinched at the bust with a gingham tie-front shirt. She kept on the same gold and silver rings and capped off the outfit with a taupe cowboy hat.

Hudgens channeled Y2K style in a sporty rhinestone-encrusted tracksuit that she styled with a high bun and chunky white sneakers.

Hudgens joined the list of stars to rock Valentino's new signature hot-pink shade (Condor debuted a similar look moments before on the red carpet). Hudgens selected an off-shoulder minidress with a plunging bust and puffy bishop sleeves, completing the outfit with the house's signature high platforms from the fall/winter 2022 collection and silver chain-link earrings.

Hudgens's black latex corset and mini shorts were completed with lace-up platform stiletto boots and a red wig.
