Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form are officially married. The couple tied the knot at Preservation Hall in New Orleans in June, dressed to the nines in wedding-day outfits fit for the Louisiana heat. Inspired by the style trends of 1920s New Orleans, Daddario wore a Danielle Frankel wedding dress in pleated silk with lace appliqué and a tulle Watteau. "Thank you for creating this incredible dress!" she commented on the designer's Instagram post. Keeping her accessories light, the "White Lotus" star paired the dress with stud earrings, an embroidered parasol, and a floor-length veil that rivaled the ruffled hem of her dress. "I wanted it to feel like it all worked in the heat too," she tells Vogue. "Nothing too heavy or serious."

Her accessories were actually a nod to royalty, Princess Diana and Meghan Markle in particular. Daddario told People that her "something blue" was a blue ring similar to the famed aquamarine sparkler worn by the Duchess of Sussex and passed down from her late mother-in-law. "I'm obsessed with Meghan Markle. She wore an aquamarine ring I believe from Princess Diana's collection," Daddario said. "Mine was less fancy, but I had a large blue, aquamarine ring copying Meghan Markle."

Speaking on her decision to work with designer Danielle Frankel ahead of her big day, Daddario added, "I fell in love with Danielle Frankel's dresses. I followed them on Instagram. They sent me a message, and we chatted, and when I went to their studio, I just felt beautiful in everything. I chose my dress because it felt like it belonged in New Orleans and was the right choice for the Louisiana heat."

"He ultimately chose a beautiful, not-too-serious suit that worked for a New Orleans wedding in the middle of June."

Complementing Daddario's look, Form opted for a Brunello Cucinelli pinstripe suit in beige with matching shoes and a white button-up shirt. "I am constantly stealing his button-downs to wear with jeans, and they are always Brunello," Daddario says. "He ultimately chose a beautiful, not-too-serious suit that worked for a New Orleans wedding in the middle of June." After the ceremony, the couple headed through the French Quarter to Bar Marilou, where Daddario donned a ruffled tulle party dress reminiscent of a ballerina's tutu, which she paired with bubblegum-pink platform heels and bright-red lipstick.

The couple first met during a chance encounter on the streets of New York City. "He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown," Daddario told Brides in a recent interview. "He turned back and said, 'Hi,' just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said, 'Hi,' and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner. I said, 'OK,' against my better judgment." They later had their first date in Form's room at the Greenwich Hotel.

Daddario and Form made their relationship public in an Instagram post shared on May 4, 2021. "I love you . . . 'and even that is an understatement,'" Daddario captioned a photo of herself and Form sharing a kiss. A few months later, on July 7, 2021, the pair made their red carpet debut during the premiere of "The White Lotus" in Los Angeles. On Dec. 3, 2021, People confirmed that Daddario and Form became engaged in August 2021.
