The Best Low-Carb, Keto-Friendly Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Your Friends and Family Will Never Guess That This Delicious Pumpkin Pie Is Low-Carb
I don't know about you, but I start craving everything pumpkin spice the moment the temperatures begin to cool. When Thanksgiving rolls around, you can bet I'm eating a slice of pumpkin pie — and now, even if you're on a low-carb diet, you can, too. This low-carb recipe is creamy, sweet, and packed with cozy spices. It's basically Autumn served up in a slice.
Like many other low-carb and keto-friendly desserts, this pie is made with lighter flours (in this case, almond and coconut) and sugar-free sweetener. But it's those warm Fall spices I love most: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg. Your kitchen is going to smell divine!
Just like a traditional pumpkin pie, this one is even better with a dollop of fresh whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream (low-carb, of course!). Keep reading for the recipe.
