- 8 cups popcorn
2 cups roasted nuts
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
Salt to taste
- Place the popcorn in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat. Add the bourbon and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a 5 minutes.
