The Best Way to Enjoy Wine and Cheese, Hands Down!

Your wine and cheese parties just got a serious makeover. We'd like to introduce the cheese shot glass. Nibble on these at your next party and try pairing different types of cheeses with different types of wine for a party your friends will never forget! You could also use these as a fun appetizer serving dish with pretzel sticks and snacks.

Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds cheddar cheese
  2. Silicone shot glass mold
  3. Wine

Directions

  1. Shred cheddar cheese into a bowl.
  2. Microwave cheddar cheese in 30-second intervals for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted, but not burnt. Pour cheese into silicone shot glass molds and press in gently.
  3. Let set at least 30 minutes until firm. Remove from the mold and serve with wine of your choice.
