There's something so lovely about the flavor of green apples, which inspired this recipe thanks to Garnier Whole Blends' new line of products.

One of my favorite things to eat is salad. There are endless combinations of flavors, creating a mouthful of deliciousness that keeps you digging in for more. Using green tea as the base for a salad dressing adds earthiness to the tart flavors of green apple, feta cheese, and sharp green onions. Using baby kale and sweet pea shoots makes the dish so fresh.
