Honey-Lemon-Mint Vinaigrette

Meet Your Go-To Salad Dressing For Spring

Step away from the bottled salad dressing. This honey-lemon-mint vinaigrette couldn't be simpler, and it's infinitely better than a store-bought version. The lemon juice brightens up the oil-based dressing, and the fresh mint complements the sweetness of the honey and lends a Spring touch. You'll actually look forward to eating salads if you've got this in the fridge.

Notes

After tasting the dressing, you can adjust the ingredients to your preference. Add more honey if you want it a little sweeter, or add a pinch of salt if you desire.
