Thankfully, it lives up to our high expectations; each recipe and accompanying photo is more tempting than the last. Essentially a continuation of Plenty, Plenty More is packed with exotic ingredients you'll want to seek out at ethnic markets and will inspire you to double-down on vegetable-centric cooking.
