Buns Bar in NYC has created a concoction to rival the likes of Black Tap, which has been the go-to for extravagant milkshakes. This one is made with salted caramel ice ream, homemade whipped cream, and cinnamon-dusted pumpkin fritters. It's topped with a jack-o'-lantern cookie and candy corn pieces.
