The culinary experience culminates at the dining table, where guests have a meal presented by a top chef at the Disneyland Resort, Culinary Director of Signature Restaurants Andrew Sutton, and Chef de Cuisine Justin Monson. The chefs describe the evening as "epicurean theater," which includes seasonal flavors and wine pairings. "We want the food and wine to tell a personal story. Our guests are in a one-of-a-kind, private setting, and we want the food to be dazzling as well as delicious," Sutton said in a statement from Disney.
