Trader Joe's Cannelés de Bordeaux will transport you to the South of France in your first bite. You can defrost them or pop them in the microwave for 20 seconds. I tried them warm and loved the caramelized and chewy crust with the creamy, warm custard inside. These are small but very rich and come in a pack of four. Serve the cannelés for dessert and your guests will think you picked them up at a real French bakery!
