Disneyland Now Serves a Boozy "Mich-Helado" Made With Beer, Tajín, and . . . Sorbet?

Having to pick between ice cream and alcohol during is Disneyland trip is truly a Sophie's choice . . . which is why you no longer need to. For under $11, you can buy a new hybrid cocktail at Clarabelle's Hand-Scooped Ice Cream in Disney's California Adventure called a Mich-Helado. The boozy float's name is an icy play on the widely beloved michelada, a classic Mexican cocktail made with beer, lime juice, a variety of sauces, spices, and sometimes peppers.

According to the Clarabelle's menu, the Mich-Helado is an "ice-cold amber lager with spiced tomato and lime sorbet, house-made tamarindo sauce, and chili-lime [Tajín] seasoning." Yum!

The summertime drink is served in a perfectly Instagrammable fashion: in a spice-rimmed glass with a floating ball of tamarindo-drizzled sorbet atop the beer. Just one scroll through these photos will make your mouth water! Excuse me — when's the next flight to Anaheim?
