The snack shop boasts "handmade, small-batch, seasonal flavors created with local ingredients in collaboration with artisans, chefs, and farmers."

Seasonal flavors include Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie and Cupcake Royale's Salted Caramel Cupcake, while classic flavors go far beyond just vanilla and chocolate. They include Strawberry Honey Balsamic With Black Pepper, Sightglass Coffee Cashew Praline, Roasted Strawberry Coconut, and Honey Lavender.
