Alexa, play "Cherry" by Harry Styles. Whether it's cute cups for Valentine's Day or a secret Baby Yoda Frappuccino for The Mandalorian, Starbucks truly knows how to double down on a holiday or theme, and the new merchandise released for cherry-blossom season is the latest example. Last month, Starbucks Japan rolled out its Sakura Collection filled with sparkly tumblers and mugs, and there's even a snow-globe one!

The first part of the Sakura series was released on Feb. 15, and according to the brand, the collection was "inspired by a gentle Spring breeze." It includes pink reusable cups and mugs, all adorned with beautiful cherry blossoms. The second release of the Sakura Collection hit stores on Feb. 26, and it was "inspired by misty Spring rain," featuring pink and purple designs with glitter accents.

It's important to note that Starbucks locations in the US and Canada recently put a pause on allowing personal "for here" cups as part of the safety precautions following the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. But if you're able to get your hands on the pretty Sakura Collection from Starbucks Japan, we think they'd be great for sipping at home or on the go. Check out photos of the full Sakura line from Starbucks Japan and see how people are loving the beautiful merchandise ahead.
