There will be four (4) separate Sweepstakes promotions that take place during FOX's Four Days of Giveaways campaign ("Campaign") between Monday, September 20, 2021 and Friday, September 24, 2021. FOX's The Big Leap Sweepstakes is the first of four Sweepstakes that will take place during the Campaign. You must enter each Sweepstakes separately. Entries received in a previous Sweepstakes during the Campaign will not be rolled over into any subsequent Sweepstakes during the Campaign.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND TO RECEIVE MARKETING MATERIALS FROM GROUP NINE MEDIA, INC. ("SPONSOR") AND FOX BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC . YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Group Nine Media, Inc., located at 568 Broadway, Floor 10, New York, NY 10012. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law, or where bonding, registration, or other requirements have not been met. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility Requirements. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals legally residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, aged 18 or over, who meet their jurisdiction's minimum age requirement. Officers, employees, agents, and immediate family and household members of Sponsor, Fox Broadcasting Company, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone professionally associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. Winner may be required to furnish proof of identity, address, and age to receive the prize.

2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, September 20, 2021 and ends at 2:45 AM ET on Tuesday, September 21, 2021

(the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Two (2) Ways to Enter: A) Text Entry: Text the designated "KEYWORD" that appears on the Fox Broadcasting Network during the Sweepstakes Period to 69922 ("Wireless Entry"); or B) Email Entry: Send one (1) Email to entries@groupninemedia.com and include Fox's The Big Leap Sweepstakes #728 in the Subject Line and your full legal name in the body of the Email ("Email Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per wireless phone number or email address. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE COUNTED. Entering via both entry methods will not result in two (2) entries.

Your entry into this Sweepstakes via any of the methods stated herein shall be referred to as your "Submission". By texting the designated KEYWORD to 69922 you may receive up to three (3) autodialed text messages regarding this Sweepstakes and you may receive additional autodialed text messages or phone calls if you are a winner as applicable. Standard data and message rates apply. Reply STOP to 69922 to STOP receiving text messages or text HELP to 69922 for HELP. You will need to have Internet access and a valid email address or a text-enabled wireless device to participate. Wireless entrants may be charged standard text messaging rates for text messages sent and received from their wireless device according to the terms and conditions of their wireless plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant's wireless customer agreement.

Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person per email account or wireless telephone number. You may not use multiple means of entry (e.g., multiple email accounts or multiple telephone numbers) to circumvent the entry limit. Duplicate Entries or multiple Entries made by an entrant in excess of the number allowed will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automatic or macro devices is not valid for Entry. Any Entry that is submitted with the use of robotic, automated or macro device will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor's discretion.

4. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

5. One (1) Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) local Spa Experience consisting of (i) one (1) one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) voucher redeemable at a Hotel Spa located within fifty (50) miles from the Grand Prize Winner's residence designated by Sponsor; (ii) one (1) one thousand dollars ($1,000) voucher redeemable for one (1) night hotel accommodations at a Hotel Spa located within fifty (50) miles from Grand Prize Winner's residence designated by Sponsor; (iii) one (1) check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) to be used towards round-trip ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner's residence and Hotel Spa designated by Sponsor; and (iv) one (1) virtual life coaching course designated by Sponsor (i, ii, iii and iv, collectively "Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,000. The ARV of the Grand Prize represents Sponsor's good-faith determination of the approximate retail value of the Prize in U.S. dollars and may differ from the actual fair market value. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for accommodations. The actual fair market value is determined by Sponsor, is final and binding, and may not be challenged or appealed. If the ARV of the Grand Prize stated herein exceeds than the actual fair market value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in cash or otherwise. Grand Prize Trip must be booked by 12/31/2021 and completed by 6/1/2022. There is no cash alternative for the Grand Prize, in whole or in part. Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No compensation, refunds, or alternatives will be offered due to a winner's inability to attend, claim, or use the Grand Prize. Except as otherwise set forth herein, in the event the Grand Prize is not available at the time of prize distribution, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for handling all travel related arrangements. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize Trip description herein, including but not limited to, in-room hotel charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), gratuities, souvenirs, insurance, travel upgrades and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card at the time of Spa Hotel check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all charges to Winner's Spa Hotel room during his/her Trip. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded in Sponsor's sole discretion. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to any reason, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Grand Prize award, and no other compensation in lieu of the Grand Prize will be awarded. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, The Centers for Disease Control and federal, state and local health departments, as required. Sponsor is not responsible for any theft, personal injury, illness and/or death that could take place during a Grand Prize Trip, including but not limited to exposure to viruses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and other communicable diseases. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest are responsible for obtaining their own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition.

6. Winner Selection. Sponsor will use a computer-generated randomizer to select one (1) Winner from among all Entries received on or about September 27, 2021. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the winner, the registered account holder of the email account used to submit the winning entry will be deemed the winner, subject to such owner's compliance with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to deliver the Prize to the email or mailing address supplied by the winner at the time of entry.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance Requirements. Sponsor will contact winner by the email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor is not liable for a winner's failure or inability to receive communications sent by Sponsor to the contact information provided. To receive the Prize, winner must: (a) respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of initial contact to confirm eligibility; and (b) sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, IRS Form W-9 (if requested), and liability and publicity release (together, "Winner Paperwork") to Sponsor within three (3) business days of Sponsor's delivery. A winner may be disqualified for: failure to timely respond to Sponsor's notification, failure to timely complete and return the Winner Paperwork, failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements at the time of entry, failure to comply with the Official Rules, and/or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations, each as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. All winner privileges shall immediately terminate upon disqualification. If a winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternative winner (up to a maximum of two alternates). No alternate winner will be drawn if the Grand Prize is time-sensitive. Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates charged by your Internet Service Provider may apply. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the Prize. Grand Prize Winner will receive from an IRS form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, a copy of which form will also be filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Unless prohibited by applicable law, winner's acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner's irrevocable permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name, address, biographical information, likeness, and testimonial for advertising or publicity purposes regarding the Sweepstakes, on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media known or unknown, without further compensation.

8. General Terms. Sponsor may disqualify any individual or void any entry if the entrant corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. This includes, for example, the use of computer 'script,' 'macro,' or 'brute force,' masking identities by manipulating IP addresses, or using any automated means to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual or void any entry if the entrant uses a username or email address that belongs to or is already being used by another person, whether actual or fictitious, that may be interpreted as impersonating another person, or violating the rights of any person. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, untimely, or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Releasees (defined below) take no responsibility for delayed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or lost entries due to technical reasons or otherwise. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run or be administered as planned, for reasons outside of Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) by posting a notice on the Sweepstakes entry page. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes doing so is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes or fairness to entrants. Sponsor will not be liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations if caused by an act, omission, event, or circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. This Sweepstakes is governed by New York law. By entering, you irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York for any dispute arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes.

9. Privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor may use the personal information you provide through your entry in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy (https://www.groupninemedia.com/privacy).

10. Risks; Warranties; Release of Claims. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is at your own risk. Releasees do not make, and hereby disclaim, all implied warranties of any kind relating to the Prize, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and noninfringement, or any representations regarding the function or operation of the Prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Releasees") harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage directly or indirectly relating to (i) the provision, hosting, sponsorship, administration, suspension, or cancellation of the Sweepstakes, (ii) a person's ability or inability to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes, including those arising from technical failures, third-party telecommunication outages, or other force majeure events, (iii) any determination of disqualification or other decision made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iv) your ability to win, claim, or use a Prize, or to otherwise participate in any activity relating to the Sweepstakes, (v) the Prize itself, including use or misuse of a Prize, and/or (vi) electronic or human error, or events arising from the simple negligence of one or more Releasees. You further agree to expressly and forever waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") (or any similar law applicable to your jurisdiction) which reads: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Official Rules and Sponsor's privacy policies and understand them. You acknowledge and agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the Releasees and that this release will be binding upon an entrant's and winner's heirs, executors, and administrators, and anyone claiming by or through an entrant or winner.

11. Third-Party Platforms. If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third-party platform, including without limitation social media platforms (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) (the "Third Party Platform"), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, you hereby release and hold harmless such Third Party Platform from all claims, responsibility, and liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.

12. Winner Publication. The first name, last name, and state of residency for confirmed winner will be available upon written request to the Sponsor at the address below, for two (2) years following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

By providing your Submission to Sponsor, you are conveying ownership of your Submission and its associated Rights to Sponsor, and hereby irrevocably grant, transfer, sell, assign, and convey to Sponsor and its successors and assigns, all Rights in and to your Submission for exploitation throughout the universe, in perpetuity, through any media and devices known or unknown. You also hereby waive in favor of Sponsor, all moral rights that you may now or later have to your Submission, throughout the world. Sponsor may freely sublicense, assign, transfer, edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, alter, or create derivative works of the entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable.

One (1) Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Martha's Vineyard consisting of (i) one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100) to be used toward round-trip economy class air transportation between the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence and the commercial airport located closest to Martha's Vineyard (Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis or Nantucket); (ii) one (1) two thousand dollars ($2,000) voucher redeemable for two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Resort designated by Sponsor; (iii) one (1) thousand dollars ($1,000) voucher redeemable for Spa treatments at the Resort designated by Sponsor; (iv) six hundred fifty dollars ($650) to be used towards one (1) Private Sailing Tour or other activities available on Martha's Vineyard at the time of the trip; (v) one (1) forty dollars ($40) voucher redeemable for a three (3) hour Martha's Vineyard Tour with a tour company designated by Sponsor; and (vi) one (1) check made payable to Grand Prize Winner in the amount of two hundred ten dollars ($210) to be used towards round-trip ground transportation between airport and the Resort designated by Sponsor (i, ii, iii, iv, v and vi, collectively "Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,000. The ARV of the Grand Prize represents Sponsor's good-faith determination of the approximate retail value of the Prize in U.S. dollars and may differ from the actual fair market value. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between the point of departure and the destination. The actual fair market value is determined by Sponsor, is final and binding, and may not be challenged or appealed. If the ARV of the Grand Prize stated herein exceeds than the actual fair market value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in cash or otherwise. Grand Prize Trip must be booked by December 31, 2021 and completed by June 1, 2022. There is no cash alternative for the Grand Prize, in whole or in part. Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No compensation, refunds, or alternatives will be offered due to a winner's inability to attend, claim, or use the Grand Prize. Except as otherwise set forth herein, in the event the Grand Prize is not available at the time of prize distribution, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card or debit card at the time of Resort check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all charges to Winner's Resort room during his/her Trip. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, and security charges. Grand Prize Winner and guest must possess valid identification and all necessary documents for travel. Guest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must have a valid U.S. Government issued Identification in order to travel. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or other items. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND TO RECEIVE MARKETING MATERIALS FROM GROUP NINE MEDIA, INC. ("SPONSOR") AND FOX BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Group Nine Media, Inc., located at 568 Broadway, Floor 10, New York, NY 10012. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law, or where bonding, registration, or other requirements have not been met. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility Requirements. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals legally residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, aged 18 or over, who meet their jurisdiction's minimum age requirement. Officers, employees, agents, and immediate family and household members of Sponsor, Fox Broadcasting Company, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone professionally associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. Winner may be required to furnish proof of identity, address, and age to receive the prize.

2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, September 23, 2021 and ends at 2:45 AM ET on Friday, September 24, 2021

(the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3.Two (2) Ways to Enter: A) Text Entry: Text the designated "KEYWORD" that appears on the Fox Broadcasting Network during the Sweepstakes Period to 69922 ("Wireless Entry"); or B) Email Entry: Send one (1) Email to entries@groupninemedia and include Fox's Alter Ego Sweepstakes #727 in the Subject Line and your full legal name in the body of the Email ("Email Entry"). Limit one (1) Entry per wireless phone number or email address. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE COUNTED. Entering via both entry methods will not result in two (2) entries.

Your entry into this Sweepstakes via any of the methods stated herein shall be referred to as your "Submission". By texting the designated KEYWORD to 69922 you may receive up to three (3) autodialed text messages regarding this Sweepstakes and you may receive additional autodialed text messages or phone calls if you are a winner as applicable. Standard data and message rates apply. Reply STOP to 69922 to STOP receiving text messages or text HELP to 69922 for HELP. You will need to have Internet access and a valid email address or a text-enabled wireless device to participate. Wireless entrants may be charged standard text messaging rates for text messages sent and received from their wireless device according to the terms and conditions of their wireless plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant's wireless customer agreement.

Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person per email account, and/or wireless telephone number. You may not use multiple means of entry (e.g., multiple email accounts or multiple telephone numbers) to circumvent the entry limit. Duplicate Entries or multiple Entries made by an entrant in excess of the number allowed will be disqualified. Use of robotic, automatic or macro devices is not valid for Entry. Any Entry that is submitted with the use of robotic, automated or macro device will be void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor's discretion.

You represent and warrant that you own and possess all rights to the Submission including but not limited to all rights to any trademarks, copyrights, and rights of publicity incorporated therein ("Rights") and that your Submission is wholly created by, and original to, you. By providing your Submission to Sponsor, you are conveying ownership of your Submission and its associated Rights to Sponsor, and hereby irrevocably grant, transfer, sell, assign, and convey to Sponsor and its successors and assigns, all Rights in and to your Submission for exploitation throughout the universe, in perpetuity, through any media and devices known or unknown. You also hereby waive in favor of Sponsor, all moral rights that you may now or later have to your Submission, throughout the world. Sponsor may freely sublicense, assign, transfer, edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, alter, or create derivative works of the entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable.

4. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

5. One (1) Prize: One (1) confirmed grand prize winner will receive (i) one (1) custom statement jacket; and (ii) one (1) pair of custom statement sneakers each designed by one (1) street artist designated by Sponsor (i and ii, collectively "Grand Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $5,000. The ARV of the Grand Prize represents Sponsor's good-faith determination of the approximate retail value of the Prizes in U.S. dollars and may differ from the actual fair market value. The actual fair market value is determined by Sponsor, is final and binding, and may not be challenged or appealed. If the ARV of the Grand Prize stated herein exceeds than the actual fair market value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in cash or otherwise. There is no cash alternative for the Grand Prize, in whole or in part. Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No compensation, refunds, or alternatives will be offered due to a winner's inability to attend, claim, or use the Grand Prize. Except as otherwise set forth herein, in the event the Grand Prize is not available at the time of prize distribution, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded in Sponsor's sole discretion. The value of the Grand Prize set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Cash substitutions on any Prize component is not allowed.

6. Winner Selection. Sponsor will use a computer-generated randomizer to select one (1) Winner from among all Entries received on or about September 27, 2021. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the winner, the registered account holder of the email account used to submit the winning entry will be deemed the winner, subject to such owner's compliance with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to deliver the Prize to the email or mailing address supplied by the winner at the time of entry.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance Requirements. Sponsor will contact winner by the email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor is not liable for a winner's failure or inability to receive communications sent by Sponsor to the contact information provided. To receive the Prize, winner must: (a) respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of initial contact to confirm eligibility; and (b) sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, IRS Form W-9 (if requested), and liability and publicity release (together, "Winner Paperwork") to Sponsor within three (3) business days of Sponsor's delivery. A winner may be disqualified for: failure to timely respond to Sponsor's notification, failure to timely complete and return the Winner Paperwork, failure to meet the Eligibility Requirements at the time of entry, failure to comply with the Official Rules, and/or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations, each as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. All winner privileges shall immediately terminate upon disqualification. If a winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternative winner (up to a maximum of two alternates). No alternate winner will be drawn if the Grand Prize is time-sensitive. Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates charged by your Internet Service Provider may apply. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the Prize. Grand Prize Winner will receive from an IRS form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, a copy of which form will also be filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Unless prohibited by applicable law, winner's acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner's irrevocable permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use winner's name, address, biographical information, likeness, and testimonial for advertising or publicity purposes regarding the Sweepstakes, on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media known or unknown, without further compensation.

8. General Terms. Sponsor may disqualify any individual or void any entry if the entrant corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. This includes, for example, the use of computer 'script,' 'macro,' or 'brute force,' masking identities by manipulating IP addresses, or using any automated means to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual or void any entry if the entrant uses a username or email address that belongs to or is already being used by another person, whether actual or fictitious, that may be interpreted as impersonating another person, or violating the rights of any person. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, untimely, or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Releasees (defined below) take no responsibility for delayed, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or lost entries due to technical reasons or otherwise. If the Sweepstakes cannot be run or be administered as planned, for reasons outside of Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) by posting a notice on the Sweepstakes entry page. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes doing so is necessary to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes or fairness to entrants. Sponsor will not be liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations if caused by an act, omission, event, or circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. This Sweepstakes is governed by New York law. By entering, you irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York for any dispute arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes.

9. Privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor may use the personal information you provide through your entry in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy (https://www.groupninemedia.com/privacy).

10. Risks; Warranties; Release of Claims. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is at your own risk. Releasees do not make, and hereby disclaim, all implied warranties of any kind relating to the Prize, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and noninfringement, or any representations regarding the function or operation of the Prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Releasees") harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage directly or indirectly relating to (i) the provision, hosting, sponsorship, administration, suspension, or cancellation of the Sweepstakes, (ii) a person's ability or inability to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes, including those arising from technical failures, third-party telecommunication outages, or other force majeure events, (iii) any determination of disqualification or other decision made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (iv) your ability to win, claim, or use a Prize, or to otherwise participate in any activity relating to the Sweepstakes, (v) the Prize itself, including use or misuse of a Prize, and/or (vi) electronic or human error, or events arising from the simple negligence of one or more Releasees. You further agree to expressly and forever waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") (or any similar law applicable to your jurisdiction) which reads: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Official Rules and Sponsor's privacy policies and understand them. You acknowledge and agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the Releasees and that this release will be binding upon an entrant's and winner's heirs, executors, and administrators, and anyone claiming by or through an entrant or winner.

11. Third-Party Platforms. If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third-party platform, including without limitation social media platforms (e.g. Facebook or Instagram) (the "Third Party Platform"), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, you hereby release and hold harmless such Third Party Platform from all claims, responsibility, and liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.

12. Winner Publication. The first name, last name, and state of residency for confirmed winner will be available upon written request to the Sponsor at the address below, for two (2) years following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
