The famed comedienne has just jumped from our TV screen to the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where she's just sold her turn-of-the-century co-op — and it's far from a train wreck. Turns out Amy has quite an eye for elegant, cozy design! The actress put the charming one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo on the market in early 2016. She originally asked $2.075 million before dropping the price down to $1.625 million to finally sell it; unfortunately for Amy, the sale price is about $70,000 less than what she paid for the house in 2014.
