Ina Garten, aka the Barefoot Contessa, and her husband Jeffrey, Yale University dean emeritus, just purchased a stunning $4.65 million apartment in New York City's swanky Upper East Side. The elegant two-bedroom prewar co-op will be in addition to the sprawling East Hampton estate where she shoots her show. The Food Network star's new property features soaring ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, a formal dining room, and a recently renovated kitchen with beautiful marble countertops and, of course, all the high-end appliances a pro chef could dream of. We can only imagine the scrumptious dinner parties the couple will throw here. The previous owner, interestingly enough, was the former editor in chief of Travel + Leisure and House & Garden magazines, so you know the home is impeccably decorated. Take a look inside in the slideshow ahead.
