Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner seem to be moving on — literally; apparently, the couple has quietly listed their sprawling estate in the LA neighborhood of Pacific Palisades for around $45 million. The überprivate three-acre compound has been home for the couple and their three kids since 2009, when they purchased it from producer Brian Grazer (24, Arrested Development, American Gangster) for $17.55 million. At the time, the 8,800-square-foot ranch-style main residence — it also has a subterranean guest house and large second structure that houses a gym, art studio, and office — contained five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Since then, Ben and Jen have done extensive renovations, so we can only imagine how grand the home is today. The lush green yard is every kid's dream, complete with a swimming pool, open-air cabana, and half basketball court. And for the Hollywood parents, there's a state-of-the-art screening room and entertainment lounge. We're guessing the next deep-pocketed buyer will be someone else in the biz.
