First Cameron Diaz Listed Her House, and Now Hubby Benji Madden Is Selling His
Getting married isn't the only big move Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have made this year. The couple, who are said to be living in Cameron's $9.5 million Beverly Hills manse, are selling off their single-person properties. Cameron listed her Kelly Wearstler-designed Manhattan apartment earlier this month, and the Good Charlotte frontman just put his stylish Hollywood Hills bachelor pad on the market. Benji decorated the inviting and surprisingly chic ranch home himself. He's now asking $1.495 million for the 2,183-square-foot, two-to-three-bedroom, and three-bath house. We can't wait to see how this interior-design-savvy couple's individual tastes come together in their shared home. Until then, we'll satisfy ourselves with these great images of Benji's pad.
Benji knocked down walls to completely replace the home's outdated kitchen after moving in in 2013.
The open-concept kitchen transitions into the main living room on one side and extends to a dining area overlooking the terrace on the other side.
A warm and inviting den features a vaulted ceiling made of knotty pine panels and a river-rock fireplace.
Benji applied his interior-design skills to the master bath, renovating it with slab marble countertops and modern fixtures.
The master bedroom was the perfect place to catch some zzzs after Benji had a concert.
Breakfast with a view: Benji could have eaten his cereal while looking out his picture windows onto the wooded canyon slope.
We wonder how many of Benji's rock star friends hung out on this red-bricked terrace, designed with entertaining in mind.
In addition to the main outdoor terrace, there are also gravel patios and decks surrounding the house and overlooking a nearby brook. Clearly, Benji likes the outdoors!
Benji only lived in the charming home a couple years, purchasing it in 2013 for $1.25 million.
