First Cameron Diaz Listed Her House, and Now Hubby Benji Madden Is Selling His

Getting married isn't the only big move Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have made this year. The couple, who are said to be living in Cameron's $9.5 million Beverly Hills manse, are selling off their single-person properties. Cameron listed her Kelly Wearstler-designed Manhattan apartment earlier this month, and the Good Charlotte frontman just put his stylish Hollywood Hills bachelor pad on the market. Benji decorated the inviting and surprisingly chic ranch home himself. He's now asking $1.495 million for the 2,183-square-foot, two-to-three-bedroom, and three-bath house. We can't wait to see how this interior-design-savvy couple's individual tastes come together in their shared home. Until then, we'll satisfy ourselves with these great images of Benji's pad.

In addition to the main outdoor terrace, there are also gravel patios and decks surrounding the house and overlooking a nearby brook. Clearly, Benji likes the outdoors!

Benji only lived in the charming home a couple years, purchasing it in 2013 for $1.25 million.
