Megastar couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski listed their charming Ojai estate for $4.25 million in late 2015, but after a year with no bites, the price came tumbling down. After several price cuts, it's being reported that the home has finally been purchased for $2.75 million. This four-bedroom, five-bathroom family home is as picturesque as the couple, right down to the white picket fence. Emily and John purchased the home in 2012 for $2.15 million, so despite not getting their high initial asking price, they'll still make a small profit on the sale.
