The 26-year-old has reportedly just scored this swanky Los Angeles bachelor pad through none other than Airbnb, and he's wasting no time making himself at home in the rental; he hosted his family and friends for Thanksgiving dinner. The fully furnished showcase estate is located up a private driveway atop a summit in Runyon Canyon and can accommodates up to 14 people, so there's plenty of room to host overnight guests for the holidays. Joe and company can enjoy spectacular 270-degree views of the city from just about every room in the house thanks to all the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. If there's anything Joe needs, he can also reach out to the home's Personal Client Ambassador or dedicated 24-hour concierge; now that's service! The home's rental availability calendar shows it occupied through Christmas, so we're assuming the singer's long-term stay will garner him a nice discount off of the regular listing price of $2,595 per night.
