"Working together and living together was going to mean spending a lot more time together, so this was important to us," they said. "Having that second little living room (on the second floor) was like having a little mini backup apartment. If one of us was entertaining friends in the main living area, the other would easily have some space to go if they wanted a quiet night to themselves."
