Gigi Hadid is on the move. After decorating her lavish Manhattan apartment with help from her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star mother, Yolanda Foster, Gigi has put the two-bedroom apartment on the market for $2.45 million. Douglas Elliman is handling the listing for the property, which boasts two bathrooms, wide plank floors, a custom Carrara marble kitchen, and many more top-of-the-line perks.

Gigi and her family picked up the apartment back in 2013 for $1.625 million. According to the listing history, the property was back on the market briefly in May. Two years isn't a long time to hold onto an apartment, but a lot has happened for Gigi in the last 24 months. Her modeling career has skyrocketed, she's embarked on a new romance with Joe Jonas, and her mom went public with her battle with Lyme disease. Whether or not Gigi plans to plant roots closer to Los Angeles, where she grew up, she's apparently still interested in having an NYC home base — there have been reports of Gigi apartment hunting at another amenity-laden building in Manhattan.
