Lauren Conrad Just Listed Her Beverly Hills Penthouse — and It Will Take Your Breath Away

Lauren Conrad has an impressive roster of real estate, but perhaps our favorite of her properties is this Beverly Hills penthouse. The reality star turned online lifestyle mogul purchased the outdated condo for $1.35 million in March 2012 and proceeded to give the 3,233-square-foot space a down-to-the-studs remodel. She spared no expense reconfiguring all the finishes, plumbing, and electrical. The results of the makeover were as irresistibly stylized and Pinterest-worthy as everything Ms. Conrad does, even garnering an InStyle feature; thus, you can imagine our surprise when we heard she just put the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home on the market for $3.2 million. Considering her and hubby William Tell's most recent acquisition was a $4.4 million Pacific Palisades mansion, we can only assume the couple are ready to move into their bigger digs. Get a detailed overview of her Beverly Hills pad here.

The two-story living room is striking not only for its soaring height but also for the custom spiral staircase and 20-foot reclaimed brick accent wall.

Lauren removed the mirrored ceiling from the formal dining room to create a decidedly more chic vibe, including a sunburst pendant. Out the dining room window is a beautiful view of Los Angeles.

We bet Lauren spent many days out on this breathtaking terrace. The spacious roof garden features black and white marble tiles and numerous plantings.

No expense was spared in the gourmet kitchen. It was remodeled with custom cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances like a La Cornue oven.

Lauren can plan her next entrepreneurial endeavor in this office. We're loving the Anthropologie wallpaper!

We're having serious closet envy looking at Lauren's ridiculous walk-in. The arches and interior lighting add a touch of luxury to the already decadent space.

The marble-outfitted bathroom includes a luxe free-standing tub, large shower, and well-lit dressing area where Lauren can get ready for red carpet appearances.

We would love to cozy up and watch some MTV reruns in this living room.

A stylish pair of doors welcome guests into the condo, located in a 1970s Brutalist-style apartment building.

The midcentury-inspired wet bar is dark and sexy. We wonder if any of Lauren's castmates from The Hills have imbibed here.

Even the laundry room is full of Lauren's signature touches, like the girlie statement wallpaper.
