Lauren Conrad has an impressive roster of real estate, but perhaps our favorite of her properties is this Beverly Hills penthouse. The reality star turned online lifestyle mogul purchased the outdated condo for $1.35 million in March 2012 and proceeded to give the 3,233-square-foot space a down-to-the-studs remodel. She spared no expense reconfiguring all the finishes, plumbing, and electrical. The results of the makeover were as irresistibly stylized and Pinterest-worthy as everything Ms. Conrad does, even garnering an InStyle feature; thus, you can imagine our surprise when we heard she just put the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home on the market for $3.2 million. Considering her and hubby William Tell's most recent acquisition was a $4.4 million Pacific Palisades mansion, we can only assume the couple are ready to move into their bigger digs.
