Kylie Jenner's Humongous $12M Mansion Is Her Most Over-the-Top Home Yet

At just 19 years old, Kylie Jenner has already solidified herself as a real estate mogul. She purchased her first piece of real estate, a $2.7 million Hidden Hills home, at the tender age of 17, before adding a $6 million Cape Cod style home in the same area just this Spring, and then adding the adjacent $4.5 million house next door so her friends would have a place to crash.

It seems those three homes just weren't big enough for the reality star turned beauty mogul because she's just purchased a humongous 13,200-square-foot home for $12 million in the same neighborhood. This house looks strikingly similar to the $6 million home — it's also white with a Cape Cod style exterior — but it boasts substantially more space. There are eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms for Kylie and her crew to explore.

The house was built in 2015 and features every imaginable modern amenity, from a glass-enclosed wine room to a game room complete with a wet bar. There's a home theater for Kylie and Tyga to cuddle in while catching up on the latest episodes of KUWTK and a six-car garage, so all her sisters will have room to park when they come to visit.
