Matthew Perry's $35 Million LA Penthouse Is For Sale, and Chandler Bing Could Only Dream

Pardon my inner Janice, but OH. MY. GOD. I'm so ready to move into Matthew Perry's $35 million mansion. The former Friends star has listed his Los Angeles penthouse, and this "mansion in the sky" is nothing like Joey and Chandler's apartment (it's way better).

Located at 1 West Century Drive in Century City, CA, the 9,290-square-foot penthouse occupies the entire 40th floor of the Century building and features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a grand living room, a gorgeous all-white kitchen, a screening room, a library, a seating area with a fireplace, walk-in closets, and four terraces that provide a 360-degree view of the downtown Los Angeles skyline. Chandler Bing could only dream.

Penthouse 40, as it's known, was furnished by interior designer LM Pagano and features contemporary decor throughout, including multiple plush seating areas that look way more comfortable than Joey's old-school recliner. The $35 million price tag of this floating palace of a penthouse also includes access to a movie theater, a gym, a fitness studio, a private wine storage location, an oversize pool with cabanas, and around-the-clock concierge and security. I wonder what the chick and duck would think of these seriously upgraded digs.

A quick photo tour of the mansion also showcases Perry's adoration for Batman, from the screening room to the hallway, so take a look at the actor's former penthouse ahead, and see how many Batman references you can spot.
