Shop Costco's New 6-Foot Punk Rocker Skeleton Before He Goes on Tour

Here’s a look at @Costco Wholesale’s new 6’ Punk Rocker Animated Skeleton! He’s pretty fun and gleefully cheesy with a lot of detail, and the extra language modes are great. I especially like the maniacal laughter mode because it’s weirder and will blend in better with all the other sounds & music of our whole front yard display. When you get too many props that speak and/or play music on sensors, the yard becomes a cacophony. We try to place sound strategically in our yard display so it can be distinguished from other sounds as people walk through, but we only have so much room to work with, and for that reason I’m not usually keen on decorations that rely on their own sounds as main features. But I could not pass up the punk rock skeleton, the vibe is too perfect for our display. Additionally, you can turn the volume down and it will only do the motion and lighted eyes, which would allow you to play your own music although it wouldn’t be in sync (someone will probably do some hacking to make this work). I hope in the future we’ll get animatronics like this that are designed to be customized to perform to any music input, but for the price point I’ll take this one in the meantime. #halloween #costco #costcofinds #everydayishalloween #spookyseason #halloweendecor #halloweendecorations #skeleton
